The chaplains helped decorating the Prayer Room in preparation for Advent by adding stars around the crib. On each star they wrote something they did during Advent to brighten up someone’s day. On their last day of chaplaincy team, the children enjoyed making some Advent crafts using air drying clay. They moulded the clay and cut it into the shape of a snowflake, which they then decorated with cypress leaves and their favourite advent virtue: love, joy, hope or peace.
