This term, our favourite story has been the classic Jack and the Beanstalk, and the children have truly brought it to life with their voices, actions, and imaginations. One of our favourite parts was stepping into the shoes (or should we say boots?) of the giant! With a booming “Fee-fi-fo-fum!”, we explored what the giant might smell as Jack crept through his castle in the clouds. The children came up with some wonderfully creative ideas:
