As part of our Kenya topic, Year 2 designed, made, and evaluated their own safari jeeps! We explored how axles, wheels, and chassis work by looking at toy cars, then used this knowledge to build our own vehicles. The children worked carefully to create strong, working jeeps ready for a safari adventure - and then tested and improved their designs.
