I really enjoyed reading this book because it took me on an adventure and helped me read more.The journey of reading is always fascinating and amazing. It gives me something to do.In this story there are three girls called Ellie, Summer and Jasmine.They go to a competition and make a cake to try to win and Summer said to make her Granny’s cake.Just as the girls are starting to get the hang of it the Storm Sprites come flying in on their rain clouds.Oh No! cried Jasmine as she spotted them,They will ruin the competition! Yes we will said a Storm Sprite who was hovering above them.We will make all of the gnomes miserable and win the sugar spun sugar.Can the girls save the day and the gnomes"?My favourite part is when the girls won and made another ingredient for King Merry who has been made into a toad by Queen Malice so the potion will make him human again.Also there is a happy ending and it is interesting and magical.The main characters are Ellie ,Summer and Jasmine.Who are active ,kind and brave.They go on adventures together and are best friends.I strongly recommend this book to others because it has some funny parts in it. It is mysterious, interesting and lovely. I really don’t know how the Author can write this. Please read this book.

I like him because I don’t really do my homework when my mum tells me to but I only do it when she comes home from work.I even like it because there was a girl named Griselda and she liked to play with bugs and in the story she tried to prank her teacher by putting bugs into a bath tub and she was hiding behind the door and waited for her teacher to come but when she comes the girl falls into the bathtub instead of the teacher. My favourite part of the story are the pranks the girl plays. I strongly recommend this book to others because it makes a dull day better .
