School clubs
At Holy Cross, we offer morning care, Breakfast Club and after school care. We also offer a range of clubs for pupils to attend. All of our clubs run from 3.15pm to 4.15pm. When collecting your children, please collect them from the class area or hall that was advised in the confirmation text message you received. In the event of a club being cancelled, a text will be sent to parents to inform them and children must be collected promptly at the end of the school day.
Breakfast Club
Our breakfast club is becoming increasingly popular. Payment for breakfast is £5.00 and bookings must be made 24 hours in advance via ParentPay. Breakfast commences at 7.30am every morning and consists of the following options:
- Cereal Selection
- Fresh Fruit and Yoghurts
- Selection of Jams on Toast
- Milk
- Selection of Fruit Juices
- Water
Morning care is also a popular option for children who don't have breakfast, ideal for those who wish to eat at home before school but still require early morning childcare. The cost for this is just £4.00. Log onto your Parent Pay account to book and pay for Morning Care. All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Please note, if your child is attending Breakfast Club or Morning Care, you need to speak with the member of staff on duty to clarify which session you have booked your child in for.
After School Club
Half sessions run until 4.30pm and cost £7 with a drink and biscuit provided. Full sessions run until 6.00pm, where a light meal is provided - this costs £9. Bookings and payments must be made and paid in advance via ParentPay. Registration forms can be collected from the school reception.
The school’s Registration Booking Form must be completed for all children attending After School Care. Registration must be completed prior to your child attending a session. Please note that any contacts you have listed on the Booking form must be signed by that person, agreeing for us to keep their contact data.
All bookings are made and paid using our online ParentPay system.
No bookings can be accepted after 9am on the day required.
