Our Book Hook for this term. Our main focus for this term has been on what life was like on the home front during World War 2. The children applied this knowledge to their fictional writing inspired by the book ‘Goodnight Mister Tom’ and wrote in role as the character William Beech, an evacuee from London, retelling his birthday.
