This term, we have been looking at the book ‘The Jolly Postman’. At the end of the story, the reader finds out that Goldilocks is having a birthday party. We decided to follow a set of instructions about how to make biscuits for her party. This was great, messy fun and we absolutely loved making them. We had to think carefully about what makes a good biscuit and why. This included tasting biscuits and deciding what kinds of biscuits we like to eat. We even got to design our biscuits before baking them! Our favourite part was taking them home to eat!
