In Science, we have looked at the different states of matter called solids, liquids and gases. One of our science experiments was to predict how quickly chocolate melts and at what temperature. The chocolate started as a solid and became a liquid eventually. The quickest chocolate to melt was dark chocolate because it has the most cocoa and the least fat!
